Leah Graham
My Pilates journey began with Carolyn at Core Pilates, after I struggled with ongoing back pain. Pilates made a real difference to how I felt and moved. Later, under Carolyn’s mentorship, I trained as an instructor and taught there before launching Postura Pilates.
I wanted to share my experience of Pilates with more people as I have seen how Pilates helps people move more freely, feel stronger and carry out everyday tasks with greater ease.
My classes are a place where people are warmly welcomed, taught carefully, and encouraged to grow in confidence.

Leah has been part of Core Pilates as both a client and instructor, and I’ve had the pleasure of mentoring her as she trained and developed into the teacher she is today.
She is calm, friendly, and incredibly professional, with a natural ability to put people at ease. Leah has regularly taught my classes and covered for me over holidays. She is always so well received
– clients absolutely love her.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
My Approach to Pilates
Modern life often leaves people sitting for long periods, feeling stiff, out of practice, or unsure where to start. My approach to Pilates is designed to meet people where they are at. Through calm, controlled movement, I help clients build strength, improve posture, support mobility, and feel more comfortable in everyday life. Movement does not need to be high intensity to be effective. My classes are welcoming and thoughtfully guided, so whether you are new to Pilates or have been practising for some time, you can move with confidence and build strength in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
Calm and welcoming
Postura Pilates is designed to feel calm, friendly, and reassuring from the moment you arrive. It is a space where you can settle in, focus on movement, and feel comfortable to move at your own pace.
A Safe & Supportive Environment
Thoughtfully guided
Each class is led with care and attention, so you feel well guided as you move. The focus is on clear instruction, steady progress, and helping you feel confident in what you are doing.
Safe and supportive
Postura Pilates is built around the belief that exercise should feel supportive, not intimidating. The aim is to create an environment where you feel looked after, encouraged, and able to build strength with confidence.

Hi, new to the class and absolutely loving it. The difference in my movements from the start of the night till the end of the class is just amazing. Just have to start implementing these into my daily routine. Thanks, Leah.

Leah’s Pilates class is honestly one of the best I’ve been to. She creates such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, no matter your ability or experience level. The sessions are really well structured, with a great balance of challenge and control, and she explains everything clearly so you always feel confident in what you’re doing. Leah is so encouraging and she’s great at offering adjustments if you need them. I always leave feeling stronger, more stretched out, and genuinely better in myself. Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel good both physically and mentally.
